The power of your voice and how you manifest your ideas into action are key drivers for Harjas Grewal.  A graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Arts degree Specialization in Global Development, Harjas’ mission is to continue to build collaborative partnerships that inject equity in the workplace and in life.

Harjas’ passion is fueled by her guiding principles of respect and an empathic mindset. “I believe in the collective power for positive change. I have a drive for work that continuously inspires me to do better.” Her ability to understand the importance of equity and diversity in the social and economic fabric of society has fueled her dedication and commitment supporting marginalized and underserved people, specifically women and young people. As a Youth Assembly Ambassador and her work with the United Nations, Harjas continues to use her voice to advocate for gender equity and reducing inequalities.

Matrix360 is excited to welcome Harjas Grewal, in the newly created position of Senior Associate, Partnerships & Engagement. As a new member of the Matrix360 team, Harjas is responsible for building partnerships and co-designing solutions to address equity and diversity in the commercial real estate and development industry. Her creative and energetic flair will add value to the Matrix360 team.
