How Often Can You Submit A Name?

As many times as you want! We would be happy to reward you every week! There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to us.

For every person you refer who is successfully placed by us, you will receive a referral reward of $500-$3,000*

What Conditions Apply?

It is very important that the individual you refer is registered as a referral by you.

1. You must submit the referral’s name via email, through our website or to a Matrix360 Associate.
2. You must be the first person to refer that individual.
3. If the candidate is already in our active database in the last 24 months, you will not receive credit. We will inform you of this.
4. The successful candidate must be placed on a full-time basis in either a permanent position or on a contract.

As soon as Matrix360 receives payment from the hiring company, a cheque will be mailed to you.

How Long Is My Referral Valid?

Each referral is valid for a period of one year from the date of the initial interview with the candidate.
