The M360 Sustainability Maturity Model (SMM)™ is a tool we have developed over our tenure that helps ESG leaders understand, develop and implement best practices focused on the “S”- Social and “G”- Governance as the critical tenets of overall sustainability efforts.
The M360 SMM™ is also an opportunity for organizations to measure and report on their progress and growth year after year. The M360 SMM™ is a measured system that indicates an organization’s Five Levels of Growth (FLG) based on specific questions and measurable points on a scale of achievement.
