The M360 Sustainability Maturity Model (SMM)™ is a tool we have developed over our tenure that helps ESG leaders understand, develop and implement best practices focused on the “S”- Social and “G”- Governance as the critical tenets of overall sustainability efforts.
The M360 SMM™ is also an opportunity for organizations to measure and report on their progress and growth year after year. The SMM is divided into four zones that define organizations and are directly linked to seventeen (17) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for leaders to measure their temperature and progress in embedding best practices into the business.
