Matrix360 is committed to learning and building better relationships with Indigenous Peoples. We uphold the recommendations of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and honour United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

We recognize that achieving this commitment will be a long journey. We have begun to take steps forward through learning and moving towards actionable solutions.

As an organization focused on people for the commercial real estate and development (CRED) industry, we continue to prioritize the importance of equity and accessibility for diverse and underrepresented communities. Our Principles

Our principles are aligned with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.

• We are committed to having the difficult conversations that are a natural part of change, and we affirm the right of everyone to be treated with respect as we navigate these together.
