TIME COMMITMENT FOR TALENT CONNECTIVITY
Talent Connectivity will be a commitment of a minimum of 12 to 36 weeks. As an intern, you will be required to attend a mandatory Educational Session. All interns will be screened, interviewed and represented by Matrix360 for any Talent Connectivity opportunities. Once selected, you are obliged to abide to the Talent Connectivity Guideline Handbook provided prior to your first week of internship. Also, please be aware that you will be required to complete mandatory weekly and monthly reports to be delivered to Matrix360.

I hereby declare that the foregoing is true and complete. I understand that a false statement on this registration form will result in direct disqualification of my application. I allow Matrix360 to represent me and understand that it may be necessary to obtain a criminal and credit check by Triton Canada should this be required by an employer. By clicking below, you provide Matrix360 with your express consent to send you Commercial Electronic Messages (CEMs), as such term is defined in Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including but not limited to promotional emails and e-newsletters. You may withdraw the express consent at any time by providing Matrix360 with written notice of the withdrawal. If you choose not to continue, Matrix360 may still send you and/or your Company CEMs, in accordance with CASL’s requirements.

Thank you very much for your interest in Talent Connectivity. You will be notified by an Associate regarding your status as an Intern.
