The primary objective is based on the creation of organic professional relationships between emerging leaders with less than 2 years of real estate experience. These relationships will foster key traits for success that in turn will connect, teach, and inspire our emerging leaders to belong to a network of real estate firms, build a stronger Canadian presence in the real estate industry and more importantly, create opportunities for Canadian Talent.
